Note on postage: For UK customers, we aim to dispatch your order the next working day, and unless you let us know a different preference, we will send your book Second Class with Royal Mail. For overseas orders and trade orders, we will work with you to find the most cost-effective shipping option.

Note on payment: When you place an order, we will send you an invoice with the book, so that you can pay on receipt using an electronic bank transfer (or other method agreed in advance). We do not have an online payment system in order to keep the cost of our books as low as possible.
